How is it that cats can expand their feces making capabilities to accommodate however much area they have to go in?
We had two cats. They were filling one litterbox in less than a day, so we got another box. That stretched it out to two days for a little while, but before long they were filling them in less than a day again. We decided it was because the older one was sick. After he passed away, we got two other cats. Of course they were filling the litterboxes in less than a day, so we figured, three cats: three litterboxes. Again, that bought us a couple of days at first, then they adjusted to the change. We decided to get some bigger litterboxes to see if that would help. Of course not.
Why is it that these boogers poop more when they have more space to poop in?
